Welcome to Morpheus Dreams! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application and services. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Morpheus Dreams, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our app.

2. Description of Service

Morpheus Dreams is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized dream images and descriptions based on user input. Our service includes:

• AI-powered dream generation
• Dream history and management
• Dream credits (one-time in-app purchases) and optional rewarded videos
• Personalization features and settings

3. User Accounts

• You must be at least 13 years old to use our service
• You can sign in using Google or Apple authentication
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• One account per person; sharing accounts is prohibited

4. Credits and Payments

4.1 Ways to get an interpretation

• Rewarded videos: watching a short optional video from our advertising partner unlocks interpretations (for example, 1 video for a text interpretation, 3 videos for a dream with 2 pictures). The number of videos per day is limited. A video only counts after our advertising partner confirms it was completed.
• Dream credits: one-time in-app purchases. 1 dream credit = 1 full dream interpretation with 4 pictures. There are no subscriptions.
• A credit or video reward is only used when the interpretation is generated successfully; if generation fails, it is returned to your account.
• Credits and rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value and do not expire while your account exists. They are lost if you delete your account.
• The number of videos required and other limits may change; the current values are always shown in the App before you start.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use our service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates rights of others
• Create content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
• Generate explicit, adult, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our AI systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without permission
• Share your account credentials with others
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 Your Content

• You retain rights to the text prompts you provide
• Generated images are created by AI based on your prompts
• You can use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes

6.2 Our Content

• The app, AI models, and underlying technology are our proprietary property
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our app or technology
• All trademarks and logos are our property

7. Privacy and Data

• Your privacy is important to us - see our Privacy Policy for details
• We use your data to provide and improve our services
• You can delete your account and data at any time
• We do not sell your personal information to third parties

8. Service Availability

• We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime
• We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
• Internet connection is required for most app functionality

9. Account Termination

9.1 By You

• You can delete your account at any time through the app
• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
• Unused credits and video rewards will be forfeited

9.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Attempt to circumvent our payment or security systems
• Engage in abusive behavior toward other users or our support team

10. Disclaimers

• Our service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• AI-generated content may not always meet your expectations
• We are not responsible for how you use generated content
• Results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or appropriate

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

14. Apple App Store Terms
